You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service team at zelixwear@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Once the returned item passes our quality check, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we're happy to assist! Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you with the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we recommend initiating the process as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition with tags intact.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for returns but may qualify for exchanges.
