Returns:
You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 5 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service team at info@zelixwear.in to initiate the return process. Once the returned item passes our quality check, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we're happy to assist! Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you with the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we recommend initiating the process as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Clearance Sale Policy:
During our Clearance Sale, all products are offered at heavily discounted final prices. Items purchased under the Clearance Sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, regardless of size, fit, color preference, or any change of mind. Each product is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch, and minor color variations due to screen brightness will not be considered a valid reason for return or exchange. Clearance Sale orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Stock is extremely limited, and orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high order volume during the sale period, slight delays in delivery may occur, but tracking details will be provided promptly.
