Return & Refund Policy
Since all fabric and material specifications are detailed on the product page and cross-checked during our confirmation call, variations in personal fabric preferences or product expectations are not covered under our standard return policy. We highly recommend reviewing these details before ordering.
Coupon Code Refund: We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method. Upon the successful return and quality inspection of an item, the customer will be issued a Coupon Code for the full value of the product.
Validity: This Coupon Code is valid for 60 days and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
Timeframe: Exchange or return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags intact.
Logistics Charges: Since measurements and fabric details are confirmed with the customer prior to dispatch, a Reverse Pickup Fee and Forward Shipping Fee will apply for all exchange/return requests. These fees must be cleared before the process is initiated.
Clearance & Bundle Sale
Clearance Sale: All products purchased during a Clearance Sale are offered at final discounted prices. These items are Strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable, regardless of size, fit, fabric weight, or color preference.
Bundle Sale: Products purchased under bundle offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Combo Deals) are not eligible for exchange or return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return or exchange for a damaged or incorrect product, customers must provide a clear, unedited parcel opening video.
The video must show the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible. Without a valid unboxing video, damage claims will not be processed.
In verified cases of shipping errors or defects, Zelix Wear will bear the full cost of replacement.
Partial COD Policy
For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the advance payment is refundable only if the order is cancelled before shipment.
Once the order is dispatched, the partial payment becomes strictly non-refundable to cover processing, packaging, and logistics costs in the event of a return, refusal, or RTO (Return to Origin).
Important Notes
Minor color variations may occur due to screen brightness or photographic lighting and will not be considered a valid reason for a free return or exchange.
